Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Best Asian culinary options, & best Chinese selction, by a country mile. The Crispy Chili Chicken & Mongolian beef are top drawer. Each dish is well textured and prepared. Staff is personable. A good respectable business. 5 stars. You won't find better in this part of Jersey.

Got "take out" here after my pedicure at the new nail salon Amasian. It was empty when I walked in, but the staff was friendly and helpful. I have eaten at the other Ricky's Thai restaurant, and I assumed "Asian Fusion" is new and I wanted to give it a try. With the help of the hostess, I decided to try the Traditional Thai Kra Pao Sauce with Chicken. She smiles and tells me that this dish is a common amongst Thai families to eat. She wasn't sure if I could handle Thai spicy (me neither), so she suggested that I get level 3 and she will give me extra spice on the side. She delivered it outside, and I ate it at the picnic tables outside the restaurant. Usually I eat only half and save the rest for lunch. Happily, I devoured everything. The dish has a sweet/salty combo, and I love the crunch of the jicama in it. It pairs well with rice though, because it is fairly flavorful. Next time, I plan to try level 4 spice, since I used all my extra sauce and I am not in distress. (Personal preference: I like it spicy where it is tasty AND makes me cry, eyes and nose running.) Will come again!

We've been awaiting the opening and finally got to try. The food is good with nice size portions. There are still a few kinks to work out with online ordering so if you see a comments field use it to make sure stuff is showing up - like free pancakes if you have the right coupon. (They were happy to make them on the spot.) Did pay a little extra for brown rice that ended up being missing from order. Enjoyed the pancakes, chicken wings, general tso chicken, coconut shrimp and more.

If you are looking for the best Chinese food in the Princeton area, this is probably it . . . although I must say there is precious little Chinese food competition here. The restaurant is small, nicely and newly renovated, with top notch Chinese food. They do offer a variety of other Asian cuisines, but I have not tried them yet. Indeed when I feel like Thai food I typically go to their Thai restaurant just up the street in Skillman which is also very good. I've attached images of their broccoli with chicken, and eggplant with chicken. Both dishes were served piping hot, and were extremely tasty if a little on the sweet side. I've had takeout lunch as well which offered the same fine food although the portion sizes, and I presume the prices, were reduced.
